Reus Airport is located 3km from the actual city and in 2005 catered for just over 1.3 million passages visiting Catalonia in Spain. Originally used solely by the military the airport now only caters for domestic and international flights. Most of its traffic comes from low cost flights for people wanting to visit the area.

"We found the staff at the car hire company very friendly and we were very happy with the vehicle we were given. The only negative issue we have is the way we had to pay for a complete tank of petrol and only used half of it, no refund given. We were told to return car empty but this was not possible. It would be much fairer to customers if there was just enough petrol in car to get to nearest station and fill up as needed."
